Bagpipes oulawed in the European Union...?

Ms. Helle Thorning-Schmidt, present chairman of the danish socialist party, Socialdemokraterne, and former MEP, has been on her way to outlaw the great highland bagpipe throughout the entire EU! Following can be read on the homepage belonging to the "Members of the European Parliament Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party":
